1. Bookings

Tivo is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators in Sharm El Sheikh. When you book, you enter into an agreement with the operator. Beyond MNGMT facilitates the booking and payment but is not the provider of the excursion.

2. Payments

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include a platform fee. Payment for your excursion is collected by the operator in person on the day of your trip; Tivo does not charge your card in the app or store any card details.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are set per excursion by the operator. Refund eligibility depends on the operator's policy and the time of cancellation.

4. Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and to follow operator safety instructions. Excursions involving water, heights, or motor vehicles carry inherent risks.

5. Liability

Beyond MNGMT is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators. Our liability is limited to the platform fee charged on the affected booking.
