1. What we collect

When you book, we collect the name and phone number you provide so the operator can identify and reach you about your trip. Tivo does not require an account, and we do not collect your card details.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your booking, issue your voucher, and let the operator confirm your trip and contact you about it (for example, by phone or WhatsApp). We do not use your details for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum booking details with the operator fulfilling your excursion. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) with row-level security.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your booking data at any time by emailing hello@tivotravel.online, or by using the account deletion page. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
